Total distance covered will be approximately 400km (circa 100km per day). A route map and a full list of towns cycled through will be issued to each participant prior to the event.
Day 1: Starting at Dublin’s iconic Papal Cross in the Phoenix Park, cyclists will make their way to Tullamore, Co Offaly where they will overnight. Today’s lunch stop is in Kinnegad and destination is the Central Hotel in Tullamore.
Day 2: Cyclists continue west to Co Galway. Today’s lunch stop is in Ballinasloe and destination is the Maldron Hotel in Oranmore.
Day 3: Cyclist travel from Galway to Limerick. Today’s lunch stop is in Ennis and destination is the Maldron Hotel in Limerick City.
Day 4: Limerick to Cork. Fourth and final day…phew! Today’s lunch stop is in Buttevant and destination is the Clarion Hotel in Cork City where there will be a final night celebratory dinner with 4FM’s Robbie Fogarty.
