Kevin is married with three grown up children and lives in Dublin. He joined the Board of NCBI in 2011.

Kevin qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1976 and has worked with members of the top four international accountancy firms in the UK and Ireland. Since 1988, he has been self employed and has worked as a Business Consultant, Executive Coach and Accountant. He has been involved in a number of successful start-up businesses in Ireland and abroad and currently is a Director within a professional practice, based in Dublin.

Throughout his career, Kevin has worked with executives, management groups and individuals within organisations, helping them to achieve their potential. He has worked with a wide variety of organisations, in Ireland and abroad, from owner managed businesses to multinationals. Through this involvement with people in organisations he has developed a strong interest in values driven performance at all levels of society and business. Kevin is also Chairman of Care Alliance Ireland and is a Director of a number of commercial companies.
