Towards Lifelong Learning in the field of E-Learning for the Blind and Visually Impaired people by means of an E-LearnIng Environment.

This project aims to provide information about the range of needs for training of visually impaired people in different European countries (Greece, Cyprus, Ireland and Romania) in order
- To enable the participants to develop new and modify existing e-Learning courses to make them accessible to visually impaired people.
- To make participants aware of the conditions (technical equipment and special software, adapted courses assistance and tutoring) required for participation by visually impaired people.
- To promote collaboration between training and support institutions in facilitating this way of learning.
- To allow for the dissemination and exploitation (through the valorisation plan) of the project results and ideas.
