The Broadcast Authority of Ireland (BAI) has launched its consultation on the draft Access Rules. The draft rules detail proposed new requirements in respect of the provision of subtitling, Irish Sign Language and audio description on Irish television services.
The consultation is open until 27th July. The BAI issued a press release to announce the launch of the consultation.

The BAI is accepting submissions through their website, by email or by post before the 27th July next.
All submissions received are subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and protected by data protection legislation.
