Making a Difference Awards
Release Date: Jun 15th, 2010

Sight loss can make life more difficult. But throughout the country there are people who go out of their way to make life easier for people who have a problem with their sight.
The Making a Difference Awards with Specsavers aim to give those who make a difference to people with impaired vision the recognition they deserve. Maybe your local library has installed additional lighting to make it easier to read, or you know of a restaurant which has made their menu available in Braille. You may even wish to nominate a volunteer who has given up their time to assist you with shopping or reading the post.
