New evening art classes available at Iona

NCBI's Iona Centre is adding an art class to the programme of activities that are available in the Centre on Tuesday nights between 6 and 8 pm. Budding and seasoned artists are equally welcome to join these classes.

As well as the art classes, people attending these sessions can take part in computer classes which are designed according to each individual's situation. All computers are connected to the internet and have adaptive software.

Exercise classes are also held in the Iona gym where a comprehensive range of equipment is available to help you work out, shift those pounds or simply to tone- up.

Based in Drumcondra, in Dublin, the Iona Centre has a fully equipped gym and computer room, as well a number of other multi-purpose rooms where a variety of activities are held.

Guide dog facilities are also available and assistance with transport can be arranged if necessary.
