The NCBI Tree of Light has become an integral part of Dublin Airport’s Festival of Light since it first appeared in 1997. This 50-foot tree, with its 2,000 lights, is a beacon of light and hope for more than one million people who pass through the airport at Christmas time each year. The funds raised by companies who sponsor a bulb on the Tree of Light enable us to expand our services and to further our work of offering practical and meaningful support to people with sight loss.
This year the Tree of Light will be located at the main exit from the airport and people coming to and from the airport cannot fail to see the tree adorned with 2000 bulbs and the sponsors’ name on the adjacent digital display as they pass.
Contact Allison Harvey 1850 33 43 53 to sponsor a bulb. Thanks to all of those who have supported the Tree of Light over the years. We hope to have you back on board this year and we very much welcome the support of organisations that are new to the Tree of Light and the Festival of Light at Dublin Airport.
