The Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) and the National Disability Authority produced a consumer guide entitled Phones and Broadband: A Guide for People with Disabilities and Older People. This guide aims to give straightforward and useful information to people with disabilities and older people about using phones and broadband services.
