Living in the Light exhibition to open in Leitrim

“Living in the Light” showcases Kim Cowley’s unique visual artwork and Isolde Carmody’s tactile ceramic art. These media compliment each other by contrasting the striking visual aesthetic of Kim’s slate paintings with the primarily textural quality of Isolde’s sculptures.

To join the celebrations of 75 years of NCBI and 30 years of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind, Kim and Isolde decided to collaborate to raise awareness of, and funding for, the work of both organisations.

The exhibition will be launched in the Dock Arts Centre, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim on Friday 8th December 2006 and will run for the month of December.

For more information, please contact Isolde Carmody on 071 9642951 or email isoldecarmody@gmail.com
