It’s that time of year again, when Santa sends some of his elves to work in NCBI library for a few weeks to help out with a very important job.
Children who are blind or vision impaired write to Santa and the NCBI elves, they reply in Braille, audio or large print. Children will receive a beautiful card with large print and a lovely decoration to be cut out, coloured in and placed on the Christmas tree for Santa to see on Christmas Eve!
A Braille insert will be sent to children who are Braille readers, with a CD for those who prefer to listen to Santa’s response, along with an embossed image of the Christmas tree decoration.
Children should send their letters in the post to:
NCBI Library and Media Centre,
Unit 29 Finglas Business Centre,
Finglas, Dublin 11
or by email to email@example.com
Letters should be in for Santa before Friday 16th December. Accessible Santa letters are kindly sponsored by An Post.
