This tutorial has been written by our Technical Support Officer Paul Traynor.
1. While in the email where you wish to attach a file, press keys, “Left alt + n followed by A then F then B”.
Notes: If you didn’t include the letter “B” in the above key combination then you would only get into a kind of “Recent documents list of files”. This list would contain any or most all files you worked on in recent times whereas you might prefer to just go into the traditional “Documents folder” where you can make your own choices of files you want to work on.
2. After having pressed the above mentioned keystrokes you will be in a “File edit” box. Press the keys, “Shift + tab” about two times in order to land focus into the main “Documents” list box.
3. Here use your arrow keys to select a file or folder where a file may be contained and press the “Enter key” once to have the file attached or to open the folder and then locate the required file for attaching followed by the “Enter key” on that item to complete.
