NCBI is here to transform the lives of children and adults who are blind or vision impaired throughout Ireland, ensuring they have access to the same opportunities, rights, and choices as anyone else in society.

A picture of Santa sitting at a desk in front of a microphone and computer which has recording software on it. He is dressed in his red and white suit and is holding two audio CDs with letters for children who are blind or vision impaired.

Santa and his accessible letters are back!

The most wonderful time of the year is nearly upon us and Santa is as busy as always, but not so busy that he can’t make time for the children who are linked in with NCBI!

Santa has returned to NCBI HQ once again, with the help of An Post, to respond to letters from children who are blind or vision impaired.

If your child or a child you know would like an accessible Santa Card in Braille, audio CD or large print, you can email your letter to: If you would prefer to send a physical letter, please send it to Santa, C/O NCBI Library, Unit 29 Finglas Business Centre, Jamestown Road, Finglas, Dublin 11.
