This online programme covers a range of topics and practical strategies to support and empower individuals with vision loss.
This programme, held over 6 weeks for up to two hours per week, will assist you to find strategies to cope with your sight loss.
The programme will cover:
- Understanding low vision
- Making better use of your vision-strategies to support you
- Daily living skills
- Technology and mobility
- Coping with vision loss/managing your emotions
A number of group sessions are planned for this year including starting:
- 21st February 2023 – Fully booked
- 8th May 2023
- 4th September 2023
- 6th November 2023
