This programme, held over 6 weeks for up to two hours per week, will assist
you to find strategies to cope with your sight loss in the absence of
being able to have face-to-face programmes.
The programme will cover:
- Understanding low vision
- Making better use of your vision-strategies to support you
- Daily living skills
- Technology and mobility
- Coping with vision loss/managing your emotions
A number of group sessions are planned for this year.
