This month we will be hearing about the experience of people living with deafblindness and the unique challenges of this dual disability.

We are delighted to welcome staff from the Anne Sullivan Center for people who are deafblind based in Stillorgan, Dublin. The centre provides a range of services for people who are deafblind across the country that support people who are deafblind to pursue meaningful, active, and fulfilling lives based on each person’s strengths, needs, and preferences.

As advocates, it is important that we continue to learn and consider how we can support other groups, just as we ask of them when we advocate for ourselves and others who are blind or vision impaired. Join here
