Orientation and Mobility – Long Cane Users

Virtual session focusing on orientation and mobility for cane users.

Our orientation and mobility workshops focus on instructing children and young people who are blind or visually impaired with safe and effective travel through their environment. The long cane is a mobility aid to inform the user about their environment, enabling them to travel independently. This workshop will focus on teaching orientation and mobility for long cane users.

Age group: 12 – 15 years

All workshops are subject to availability, please register your interest early to avoid disappointment.
