The Office of the Ombudsman provides a free service for dealing with complaints about most providers of public services. The Ombudsman is impartial and independent of government. You can complain on your own behalf or for someone else if they provide written consent. The Ombudsman can investigate your complaint once you have complained to the public body whose action or decision has affected you.

Come along and hear from Jennifer Hanrahan (Senior Investigator) and AnnMarie O’Boyle (Investigator) with the Office of the Ombudsman about the role of the Ombudsman and the services provided.
